TENSION TECHNIQUES



  • This course provides over 20 instructional videos that show how you can utilize a variety of crossfit bands to assist in anchoring and adding tension to your SRT Applications as well as Self-Applied Techniques, known as Joint Distraction and Assisted-Passive Stretching.


  • Techniques are also shown using a Soft Density Foam Roller and Soft Self Stretching Techniques to allow your fascia and tissues to "sink in and melt" into the movements for more efficient release.


This course is a great addition to your own education with SRT and adding a deeper stretch to the full fascial lines, but also a great tool to be able to teach your client's how to use these self-techniques as their homework when they aren't seeing you.
